Returns & Exchanges | Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations for most items. It is our goal to offer an outstanding customer experience.  In an effort to serve you better, the following policies apply:

 

• • (No Refunds on Cut Fabric and Customized Products by Customer Request) 10% Restocking fee on Canopies returned within 30 days

• • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

• • Notify RedemptionShield within: 30 days of receiving your items at: redemptionshield@gmail.comSend return tracking with : 7 days of return notification

 

Conditions of Return:

• • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and in the case packages are abandoned and returned to us. Return shipment fees will be deducted as well as original shipment costs. Original shipping will be subtracted from total refund, if shipping was free.

• •  We do not accept returns on used items with pet hair, human hair, or spots, items with the smell of smoke. No returns on cut fabric or used bed sheets.If items are damaged in any way, they will be sent back to the customer with no refund.
