SHIPPING-RETURNS-TAXES & MORE | Shipping Policy
Handling:
- Most Redemption Shield items are shipped within 3-5 days. Square Canopies and 2-Door Canopies take 2 weeks for production, as ordered. On occasion, some hot selling items or specially customized orders can take 7-10 days for restocking and production, but we do try to keep inventory on hand for quick delivery. Fabric ordered in large quantities can take up to 2-3 weeks
- We do our very best to get items in the mail asap
Estimated shipping times:
- North America: 2-4 business days
- Everywhere Else: 4-10 business days
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time may depend on the shipping method you choose. We use express shipping whenever possible, in the USA.
Duties & Taxes VAT:
If you reside outside the USA, be aware duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery. Currently we are offering: No Duties & Taxes – Order under $150
